We are based in Channahon, Il. with 8400 sq ft, full of your favorite pet food, pet supplies, tropical fish, live pets, concrete yard ornaments, and a wide array of fishing bait and tackle. Channahon is a small growing community located on Rt. 6 between Joliet and Morris. We are on Rt. 6 just 1/2 mile west of I-55.

Featuring 40 tanks of tropical fish, 10 tanks of reptiles and dozens of habitats with small animals. Small animals kept include hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas, finches, parakeets, cockatiels and doves.

 The Feed Loft carries a wide range of horse feeds including sweet feeds, pellets, grains, alfalfa cubes and bales of hay. Ample supplies of pine shavings and straw are available year round. Flies around the barn got you down.? Then head to the Feed Loft for all your animal care needs.

 Got some free time and want to take the kids fishing? Swing by the Loft and pick up some lively minnows or sassy night crawlers. You’re sure to have good luck with the quality bait you find here. And while you’re here, restock your tackle box with everything from the essentials like hooks, bobbers and sinkers to specialty and hard to find lures and jigs. Lake maps are always in stock.

 The Feed Loft offers a wide choice in Wild Bird seeds, featuring our private label blend. Feed Loft Autumn Supreme offers a unique blend for year round wild bird feeding. If you prefer feeding straight grains, you can pick up Striped or Oil sunflower seed, thistle seed, safflower seed and much more.

 Pigeon fanciers love our Old Elm pigeon feeds as well as the basics in bird and poultry supplies including nest bowls, waterers and medications. 

You aquarium enthusiasts will love the variety of live fish to choose from and the wide array of aquarium supplies always on hand. Choose from tropical fish foods, medications and water treatments to tank heaters, hoods and stands.

 If you have something in mind for that faithful pooch or loveable feline, the Feed Loft is the place to go. Our knowledgeable staff can help you find the right diet to keep your pet trim and healthy. Your pets will love the new toy or treat you bring home for them.

Cage bird lovers will find everything they need to keep their birds happy and healthy.  We carry bulk Sun seeds sold by the pound or up to 50 lb bag, treats, medications and cage supplies to keep your bird singing their praises.

 If you’re in the area, stop in for a drink of our refreshing bottled water, available in 5 gal jugs. Or improve your water quality at home with the Morton salts we stock.

If you're trying to snuggle up on a blistery night then you need our quality hardwood firewood. Available by the bundle, half face cord or full face cord.

As you can see on our sign below, quality grass seeds and fertilizers make home lawn care a breeze. We also carry pasture blends to keep your pasture growing thick and make old pastures new again.
